We use in SharePoint 2016 the Survey/poll function. Is there a possibility to use this function in SharePoint 2019, too? Is it possible to migrate the existing configuration and results of our survey from SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint 2019?

wir nutzen im alten SharePoint die Umfragenfunktion. Wird es im neuen SharePoint eine ähnliche technische Umsetzungsmöglichkeit wie im alten SharePoint geben? Wenn ja – in welcher Form ? Ist es möglich, die Grundkonfiguration der im alten SharePoint bestehenden Umfrage in den neuen SharePoint zu „migrieren“?

    1. Yes, SharePoint 2019 also has survey list, you could use it in SharePoint 2019
    2. To migrate th survey from SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint 2019, you could backup/restore the Content Database. Please refer to this article: Upgrade databases from SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Server 2019. Also, you could use some third party tools to migrate the survey list directly.
