After my phone was reset, I can no longer access the codes sent to my authenticator to access apps. What do I do?

    You can recover a backup but only if cloud backup was turned on before the phone was reset.

    Yeah it doesn’t work, when I’m trying to do that the back up I get is the one without the apps I had in the authenticator before my phone restored

    Sounds like you may need to use the service provider's methods of account recovery.
