Facing Issue on the Azure communication service

I am facing a connectivity issue on the Azure Communication service, I have got this issue multiple times, the logged-in user is showing as connected and co-partners are showing as not connected. if a user tries to refresh the page one or two times then it will be connected to ACS. Kindly need help on this.
