    Hi @Ridho Dwi Dharmawan

You might have limitation around Microsoft Sponsorship subscription but to be 100% sure, I would verify the default quota. Whenever you open a new Subscription we put default quota to avoid customers creating very expensive ressources by mistake.

You can verify these quota on the Azure portal:

    1. Go to portal.azure.com
    2. Go to Subscriptions and select the relevant Sponsorship subscription
    3. Click on "Usage + Quota" and change the filter as shown on the screenshot below.

    4. Open a Support Request from there to request a quota increase. If you are entitled to this kind of VM with a Microsoft Sponsorship subscription, they will do the change. Usually within 48 hours or less.

    Official information on the topic:

Good day Ridho @Ridho Dwi Dharmawan ,

I assume that @Didier3001 correct. According to my test it is not supported in Sponsorship subscription and the Quota is 0.

    (1) You can try to ask for higher Quota as @Didier3001 suggested. If this work for you depends on the Azure team and your specific scenario - in this case please mark @Didier3001 response and answer.

    (2) You can use different subscription. Most of the people which I know who have Sponsorship subscription also have MSDN subscription which provide 150$ to the Azure - I tested and this subscription supports the NV4as_v4 (at least this what happen in the specific subscription which I tested)

    (3) You can use NV6_Promo which I think will be supported in your subscription (works for me). It cost more but it fit the idea of Sponsorship subscription. I assume that this is the VM which you suppose to use with this subscription.
