FTP server issue (on Win 2016 server)

Hi,
I enabled FTP server (in IIS) on Win 2016 server but I cannot access it on client machine. How to validate this for the issues?

    Hello,

    I would like suggest you below troubleshooting steps.

    1. Are you able to access FTP internally on clients computers having same ip ranges.
    2. Can you please disable firewall and any AV program completely.
    3. use port query tool from client PC if you FTP is accessible.
    4. Download WinSCP or Filezilla client if you are able access FTP from it.
