API REST responds too long from India

Hello,

I have a API REST on Azure and when my collaborator query from India it takes too long time. Everything works fine for me in France.

    If you are seeing normal behavior locally in France then you would want to look at network latency. If your traffic is within the Azure network, you should see an average of 100-120 milliseconds round trip time between France and India Azure regions in addition to the time the local ISP takes to get from the Azure datacenter to your computer:
