Creating data lineage manually in purview

Hi,

How can one create data lineage for on-prem data sources, flows ? For example if datastage is being used a an etl tool, tableau as the visualization tool and say Db2 is the backend database, will Purview be able to identify lineage? If not, does purview provides an option to manually create/maintain data lineage ?
