decommissioning Root CA

I got a Root CA server and wanted to decom it.
noticed the latest certs expired 27/01/2020. So it is safe to decom it?

    Thank you for posting here.

    We could decom the Root CA if it will not be used anymore. It is Okay to do this if the issued certificates have already expired.
