When connecting to PEAP hidden wireless Wi-Fi, after setting SSID, inquire about the cause of the disappearance of user name and password input phrase and solution

Windows10 Entrerup LTSC (1809) RS5 version is in use.

When connecting to the PEAP wireless, the SSDI input is proceeded without any problems when connecting the network hidden(security) as the wireless execution icon in the window task bar,

This is the symptom that the entered value disappears after about 5 to 10 seconds when entering the 'username password'.

When entering the network security key or SSID, the symptom does not appear.

We ask for a solution.
