@Nisha Chaudhary Yes, you can use the bot framework to handover to a human agent. This is a recent feature that is added to the bot framework and is documented here.
You can use these official samples from the bot builder repo for reference.

hi All,
I am looking for guidance here.
Here is the problem statement
If I build chatbots using the MS Bot framework and make it available on MS teams.
Is it possible to handover the chat to Human-agent using bot framework and MS teams?
Assume that my human-agents are also on MS teams.
Do I need any other component to achieve handover to Human agents?
thanks in advance
regards,
Nisha

Hi,
Thanks for your inputs. We have not been able to get any response from LivePerson. Is there any other 'agent hub' you would recommend?
regards
Ravi
Hi Ravi,
I have gone through the same problem when I do not want to use LivePerson for Hand-Off. You can try intermediator-bot-sample hopefully, it will help you. This has an Agent Hub on MS Teams and client as in slack but It could be others too like- webchat, skype, directline etc.

Same here Victor... I too have been stuck for 2 weeks... How about collaborating and putting our minds together to solve this one. We can have a video call to discuss and take it further... Let me know..
