Intune device - Auth disappears for Office Apps & Outlook profile

Windows Autopilot Hybrid Azure AD Join deployment, device enrollment completes successfully. But when trying to access the office application or configure outlook the Modern Auth credential screen flickers and disappears. used Administrative Templates in Intune, to set the “Automatically configure profile based on Active Directory Primary SMTP address” doesnt seem to help with the auth.

This is failing to enable Office App licensing and access to outlook profile

Using the registry key to disable ADAL on WAM DisableADALatopWAMOverride (which is not recommended by microsoft either and doesnt meet the autopilot deployment criteria)

We did test run direct Azure AD join profile, it works like charm.
