wifi show "No Internet, secured" , but it is connected and have internet access

I use windows 10 , try to use wifi to connect internet , after the wifi is connected to internet , it shows ""No Internet, secured" but it can connect to internet , I wonder why show this error ?

the reason I want to solve it is because the VPN can not be connected even the internet is accessed , I think two think have relationship .

would advise why this happen ?

    Run network troubleshooter, this tool will diagnose and try to repair issue automatically.
    Try the following in CMD:
    ipconfig /release && ipconfig /renew && ipconfig /flushdns
    Change the DNS settings to manual, and use the following DNS settings
    8-8-8-8
    8-8-4-4

    I tried all steps , but still not work.

    maybe I clarify my question , I can connect internet , but show "No Internet, secured" .

    Now can not connect company VPN , I suspect two things are related .
