Hello:

First i start saying sorry for gramatical errors, because english it's not my native language.

I start this question due to a problem that has arised since yesterday in my Azure Portal.

I have a VM that is unreachable by Azure, and each time i try to start or stop it at the Portal, Azure says "Error: Resource Not Found". If i try to access the VM listed in the resources, the screen goes blank and the portal freezes. Despite the error, i can still access my VM using SSH, but i can't perform network settings needed to continue working in my VM. I don't know what to do, the answers provided by the support center don't seem to resolve my issue, due to the fact that they seem to be targeted at console/Powershell users (And i am not using console or Powershell). Also, i'm a beginner, and i don't know how to use those tools. I include an image displaying the issue (It's in spanish).14712-anotacion-2020-07-30-124020.png

@NORBERTOSANCHEZ-4003 Thanks for reaching out. I am sorry that you encountered this problem. I will be working with you to make sure that you are able to manage your VM from the Azure portal.

Please try the following steps one by one and after each step, check if you can reach the VM in Azure portal:

    1. Try using a different browser or open browser in InPrivate mode.
    2. Logout and login again in the portal.
    3. Access the portal from a different machine and network.

Let me know if this resolves the issue.

Hello @karishmatiwari-msft thanks for your reply. Yes, i tried login in different devices and using a different browser, but the issue persists. Also, i just tried the last suggestion, with the same outcome. Something different from yesterday is that today, the VM's name doesn't appear on the VM list. Only the VHD, Vnet and public IP from the dissapeared VM appear in the resource list.
