Hi Smith
Thanks for response.
I only use a personal Microsoft account. Under Settings → Accounts → Access work or school, I only see +Connect and no accounts listed. So it looks like no work or school account is involved in my case.

Hello,
I am trying to enroll my Windows 10 device into the ESU (Extended Security Updates) program.
• System: Windows 10 Pro, Version 22H2
• Location: New Zealand
• Microsoft Account: signed in and synced
• Rewards points: available (over 4,000)
The “Enroll now” button appeared after the latest update. However, when I click it, I get the error:
Something went wrong, Try again or Cancel to set up your device.
I tried clearing the Windows Update cache, restarting the system, and signing in/out of my Microsoft account, but the issue persists.
I understand that ESU for Windows 10 is being rolled out in stages. Could you confirm if this is a server-side issue from Microsoft?
Is there any timeline for when the “Enroll now” process will work properly in my region? Thank you.
Hi Smith

Sorry, the system is Windows home 10.
Hi,
I'm Sumit, here to help with your query on the Microsoft Q&A forums.
Apologies for any inconvenience you are experiencing. I am happy to help you today.
I am not aware of any such issues with any region. I wonder if a Work account is involved. Can you please let me know if there is a Work account connected in the device?
Please keep me updated.
I’ve seen many questions here about the missing “Enroll now” link for Windows 10 DSU enrollment.
My case is different: the “Enroll now” link is visible and clickable on my device, but when I select it, enrollment still fails.
Symptoms:
• “Enroll now” link is present
• Clicking it does not complete enrollment
and the "“Something went wrong” message appears.
Has anyone else experienced this scenario, where the link is present but enrollment still does not work?
What additional checks or fixes can I try?
Waiting......
Hi Felix,
I am not sure why I didn't receive your reply. Can you make a new Local account and try to enroll from here?
