- What is the type of subscription you are using (e.g., Free Trial, Pay-As-You-Go, Visual Studio Subscriber, or another offer)?
- Is there a spending limit enabled on your subscription? You can check this in the Azure portal under Cost Management + Billing > Select your subscription > Policies.
- Have you recently updated your payment method, upgraded your subscription, or changed its status (e.g., from Free Trial to Pay-As-You-Go)?
- Could you provide any recent error messages or screenshots related to the renewal failure?
