Hi,

We've created an email for our business just to be able to purchase some microsoft products.

The issue was the account was blocked in the next day, I can't access the email, I tried so many times and ways of unlock, reset the password many times and when comes to send me a code through a mobile number, I never receive the code, I've looked all the topics and other questions to try what was suggested and nothing seems to work.

There is no email support, or chat to contact, the form to recover the account ends up the same way as the others, is there any other way?

    Hi @Carol,

Thank you for providing the details of your situation. After reviewing your account setup, it appears that your Microsoft 365 subscription is registered as a personal Microsoft account, which you're using for your business. Because of this, the most effective way to investigate and resolve the issue is to contact Microsoft support for personal accounts, as they have access to the tools and resources specific to this account type.

    1. Go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus
    2. Choose Office > Get home support

    1. Enter Office or your issue in general in the box below "We're here for you" then click "Get Help"
    2. Scroll down and click on Contact Support then log in to your personal Microsoft account

If the account cannot be logged in, you can use another account or create a new account to execute

    1. Select "Microsoft 365 and Office" in Products & Services, select "Technical Support" as a category, and click Confirm
    2. Select "Chat in a web browser and support specialist" to enter the chat window

Thank you for your patience and understanding throughout this troubleshooting process.

Wish you have a great day ahead.
