Cannot login to my Microsoft account

I cannot access my account. This is the account that is having trouble:

I have tried to recover the account but was unsuccessful. However, it is still charging me the monthly Xbox Game Pass fee.

What should I do?

    Microsoft accounts store payment details separately from sign-in credentials. Even if you can’t log in, the subscription continues because the billing system is active. Recovery attempts fail when:

    Security info (Authenticator, phone, backup email) is missing or outdated.

There’s no instant bypass, but Microsoft Support can help revoke the subscription or reset your security info after confirming your identity. Once you regain access, update your recovery options to avoid this in the future. What You Can Do is:

    Try Account Recovery Again

    Go to https://account.live.com/acsr Enter your account email and provide as much detail as possible (recent subjects, contacts, billing info).

    Contact Microsoft Support

    Visit Microsoft Support Contact Page

    Choose Account & Billing > Xbox Game Pass.

    Select Chat with an agent or request a callback.

    Explain that you lost access to your account and need help stopping charges or regaining access.

    Cancel Charges via Payment Provider
