    • Are emails from this domain currently going to Junk Email, or are they being blocked completely? 
    • Do you manage your mailbox through a personal account (e.g., Outlook.com, Hotmail.com) or a work/school account provided by an organization? 

    These details help us ensure the steps fit your environment. 

    Outlook uses built-in security filters to protect against spam and phishing. Sometimes, legitimate domains can be flagged due to filtering rules or organizational policies. 

    Currently, Outlook for iOS does not have a direct option to add Safe Senders within the app. However, you can manage this through your account settings: 

    1/ Begin by accessing Outlook Web settings to review and adjust your configuration for optimal performance. 

    • Sign in at outlook.office.com or open New Outlook desktop app. 
    • Go to Settings > Mail > Junk email. 
    • Under Safe senders and domains, select Add, then enter the domain (e.g., @example.com). 
    • Save changes. These settings apply across all devices, including iOS.

    2/ If your account managed by organization: 

    • Contact your IT admin to add the domain to the Tenant Allow/Block List in Microsoft 365 Defender. This ensures emails from that domain are allowed for all users. 

    Adding the domain to Safe Senders ensures messages bypass junk filtering, while admin-level changes apply organization-wide.
