    Hi, thanks for reaching out. Can you confirm if you’re trying to sign in through Outlook on the web, desktop app, or mobile? If you can’t access your business email, go to portal.office.com and try signing in with your work account. If it says your account doesn’t exist or your password is incorrect, contact your Microsoft 365 admin to reset your password or check your account status. If you’re the admin, sign in to admin.microsoft.com to review user access or service issues.
