I can’t log in to my Outlook account and Microsoft isn’t helping

I’ve completely lost access to my Outlook account and nothing works. I’ve tried everything password reset, account recovery form, different devices, browsers, even cleared cache and cookies and still, Microsoft keeps saying they can’t verify my identity. This is my account, with years of emails, personal data, and important stuff in it. And now I’m just locked out like it’s nothing? It feels like Microsoft doesn’t even care about helping real people anymore. There’s no human support, just automated replies and “try again later. I’m begging someone from Microsoft to actually help me get back into my account. I’ve done everything right and I’m stuck watching my own email disappear behind your broken recovery system. This is beyond frustrating.

Hey there! Nice to meet you!

I'm sorry you are experiencing this.

If I may ask, have you forgotten your account's password by any chance?

If not, may I know the exact error message upon signing in?

Do you still have access to all of your account's security information, email, or phone number?

Do you see any unfamiliar email addresses/phone numbers upon signing in to your account?

Did you have two-factor authentication (2FA) active on the account? If yes, do you have the 25-character recovery codes?

Lastly, may I know when was the last time you successfully signed in to your Microsoft account?

    Best regards,

    Darhyl
