I understand that your Bluetooth device has been missing from Device Manager after an update.
Let follow these steps to see if we can find it again.
- Type "Device Manager" on the search bar and press Enter.
- Expand "Other device" to see that there are any devices that was not recognized properly.
- If you cannot find it, go to View and select "Show hidden devices" to see if it shows up.
- Right click it, choose "Uninstall driver" and Restart your PC.
- If that doesn't work, please go to the manufacturer website to download the latest driver of the Bluetooth and manually install it.
- You should also get the Bluetooth radio check if needed, this could also be a sign of hardware malfunction.
