My Deployment slot's deployments stopped working

Understand from description that you're facing an issue with your Staging Slot where deployments seem to be indicated as successful in Azure DevOps but aren't reflecting in the Azure Portal since May. That can definitely be frustrating!

Verify Deployment Status: Even though Azure DevOps shows successful deployments, make sure to check if there are any warnings or logs associated with those deployments that might indicate issues during the actual update process.

Check App Configurations: Sometimes, environment configurations in the staging slot can affect deployments. Ensure that there haven't been any recent changes that might conflict with the deployment.

Deployment History: Go to the Azure Portal and look at the deployment history of your Staging Slot for any discrepancies or failed deployments that might not have been reflected in Azure DevOps.

Resource Availability: Check if there are any resource conflicts or constraints on the Azure resources linked to your Staging Slot, which may prevent the deployment from updating properly.

Slot Settings: Ensure that slot settings are configured correctly. Some settings are specific to the production environment and can prevent staging updates.

If none of these help or if you're still facing same issue, Please provide the below information.

1. What exact error messages, if any, are you seeing in the Azure Portal?
2. Have there been any changes to the Azure DevOps pipeline or the resources associated with the Staging Slot since May?
3. Are you using any specific deployment scripts or configurations that might affect the Staging Slot?
4. Can you confirm if other services (besides the production slot) are also showing the same issue in the staging environment?
