1, Switch the email format to Plain Text:
- Legacy Outlook for Mac: New Email > Options tab > Switch to Plain Text.
- Outlook on the web/New Outlook: Settings > Compose and reply > Message format > Compose messages in Plain text format. This often bypasses AS(4810) for replies containing heavy HTML, long threads, or signatures with images.
2, If attaching PDF/JPG/PNG files:
- Zip the file first, or
- Share via OneDrive and include a view-only link instead of attaching.
These two patterns have proven effective during spam‑filter spikes.
