Hello. First time writing in this Q&A

I currently have my HP Laptop that won’t boot. It would get to the lock screen but when I try to sign in, it will get to the desktop for a brief moment, then throws up this error.

Nothing I have tried worked. I ran SFC and DISM in safe mode but it yielded no results. Running the Quick Machine Recovery would say it can’t connect to the network. I’d even ran a full component test in HP UEFI Diagnostic and the Windows Memory Diagnostic, which they all passed.

Unfortunately, I’m unable to attach the crash dumps as my laptop refuses to connect to the Internet, despite me being in Safe Mode with networking. I also don’t have a USB Drive that I can use to make a copy of those crash dumps.

I want to leave resetting Windows as a last resort but I want to see if there are any other solutions available.

Much appreciated!IMG_1216

If you are able to get into Safe Mode, open Device Manager, expand the Display Adapters section and uninstall the graphics card, then restart your PC to test if you can then get into Windows normally.

If not, you indicate you cannot upload the minidump files, are you able to copy them out to a USB or phone and then upload them using another device to any cloud service like OneDrive and provide a share link here for analysis.
