    Hi,

It seems like an RPC error.

Press Windows+R keys on the keyboard, or Right-click Start on the Taskbar and choose Run.

    Type services.msc

    Press Enter.

Navigate to "Remote procedure call " service.

Is it running, or has some other status?

I look forward to your response and am eager to collaborate until we find a solution.

    I see, thank you.

To simplify things, please download and let the update fail once. It will leave a trace for the failure.

    Then, do the following:

Open your File Explorer and go to your system drive, which is commonly C drive.

    Navigate to Windows>Logs>CBS folder.

You may need to check the Hidden items option under the View tab in tool bar to show the Logs folder.

Right-click on the CBS.log file and select Copy.

    Paste it to your desktop.

Go to your OneDrive account and upload CBS.log from the Desktop.

Share the link of the CBS log and post it in the next reply.

    Hi Salka,

I am sorry but there is no option to download the log on Sharepoint, and it cannot be previewed since it is too big.

Just for your information, I would like to tell you that this update is failing for a lot of people, as I see the reports on the Microsoft Learn forums. I think you should wait until next Tuesday when the stable update arrives, and see if the issue exists with that as well.

If you want to continue troubleshooting, I'm OK with that too.
