I created my new Azure sign in with card details etc yesterday. During the process, the browser went to below error code saying it failed due to inactivity. I don't understand why there is inactivity for 20 days when I am creating my sign in for the first time. Tried contacting the customer support number but the AI Chat bot always navigating to some links which again tells to speak to customer support. Not very helpful.

    Hello Karthikeyan Sudharsan,

This issue will be resolved by signing in using the tenant-specific Azure portal URL and the tenant ID I have provided over the private messages tab:

    https://portal.azure.com/<tenant-ID>

Once you accessed the portal through the tenant-scoped URL, the tenant became active again and you will be able to manage resources without further issues.

And the tenant will be restored successfully.
