Hello @Amy Kaur
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A Forum.
To better understand your request, could you please confirm if you are referring to Work Hours settings in Outlook?
Have you updated your work hours by going to: Settings > Calendar > Work hours and location in Outlook?
If this is indeed about work hours, please note:
- When these settings are updated, it takes time for the change to synchronize (or "propagate") across all other services, including Teams.
- This process is not instantaneous and can often take up to 24 hours to reflect everywhere.
If the timings are still incorrect after 24 - 48 hours, the Teams application might be holding onto old (cached) data. In that case, please ask your employee to clear the Microsoft Teams cache. This forces the app to download the latest profile information.
Here are instructions from Microsoft Learn: Clear the Teams client cache - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn
If this is not related to Work Hours settings, I apologize for the confusion. Could you please describe in more detail what was updated and where? For example, if you are using Shifts in Teams, the update needs to be done directly in the Shifts app, as Outlook does not manage shift schedules.
Once we have this information, we can guide you on the next steps.
Best regards,
