I am unable to Renew my SC-300 Certification. Expires January 26 2026 - Receiving 'Certification required' Error.
When I choose to renew:
I try to follow the instructions to submit a support request:
But the "Learning" category for Product is NOT available in the list

2025-11-04T19:45:09.5+00:00 I was able to open a support ticket and they have me going through some steps, will provide info later. The top support link in the image I provided actually works, the one at the bottom DOESN'T. Here is the direct link for anyone who needs it (it prefills in the 'Learning' category)
