Everytime I try to load into Roblox, an auto sr enabling message pops up on my screen and completely crashes and freezes my game. I Have already tried various methods to fix this, restarting pc, enabling the auto sr, re downloading the roblox player and im completely out of options. Its really annoying to deal with and even though ive scoured the internet barely anyone has even reported this, let alone found a fix :/

It seems that you are experiencing crashes with Roblox related to an Auto SR enabling message. While the specific issue is not directly covered in the provided context, here are some general troubleshooting steps you can consider:

    1. Update Gaming Services: Ensure that your Gaming Services are up to date. You can do this by launching PowerShell as an administrator and running the command:
         get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

Then, reinstall it from the Microsoft Store.
    2. Check for Windows Updates: Make sure your Windows operating system is fully updated, as updates can fix bugs and improve compatibility.
    3. Reinstall Roblox: Since you mentioned you have already re-downloaded Roblox, ensure that you completely uninstall it first, then reinstall it to ensure no corrupted files are causing the issue.
    4. Disable Background Applications: Sometimes, other applications running in the background can interfere with Roblox. Try closing unnecessary applications before launching Roblox.
    5. Check System Requirements: Ensure that your PC meets the minimum system requirements for running Roblox.

If the issue persists after trying these steps, it may be beneficial to reach out to Roblox support for further assistance, as they may have more specific solutions for this error.

    Hi Qistina,

The Auto SR message probably means the game is using automatic graphics settings, maybe an upscaling thing called Super Resolution. If the game keeps crashing, it means your system is struggling with this feature, or there is some kind of conflict.

Here are some fixes you can try:

    1. Adjust Roblox Graphics:
    • Open a Roblox game.
    • Press Esc or click the Roblox icon.
    • Go to Settings.
    • Change Graphics Mode to Manual.
    • Lower the Graphics Quality. Start low (2 or 3) and raise it slowly until it is stable.
    • Restart the game.
    1. Update Graphics Drivers:
    • Figure out your graphics card.
    • Go to the maker's site and get the newest drivers.
    • Restart your computer.
    1. System Compatibility:
    • Close extra programs.
    • Make sure your PC meets Roblox's needs (at least 1 GB of memory).
    • Run Roblox as an admin.
    1. Other Fixes:
    • Reinstall Roblox:
      • Uninstall Roblox.
      • Press Win + R, type %localappdata%\Roblox, and delete the Versions folder.
      • Restart your PC.
      • Reinstall Roblox from the official site.
    • Check software conflicts: Turn off your antivirus or firewall to test. If it fixes the problem, add Roblox to the allowed list.
    • Clear the Roblox cache: deleting temporary files could fix things.

If it still crashes, it could be a bug Roblox is fixing. Wait for an update.

Can you share the specifications of your PC and what Windows (10 or 11) are you using?

    Regards,

    Rez
