how to fix hotmail.com log in issue?!

I have hotmail.com. I KNOW my password, yet it gives me all these options to use a pin, key, facial, get a code sent to secondary email. that is annoying! second i enter the password for very first time and it says i tried to many times to log in with incorrect email and or password! this is very frustrating! and no, i don't want to use any of those options mentioned especially using my telephone number. if i know my password i should be able to log in without any problems.
