I have been in serious trouble with respect to MCT renewal (Issue: Password Reset asking over and over again) and I am getting no support over the Pearson support also over the call (000 800 440 1837). They are saying that the team is not aware about any email support ******@pearson.com.
I have raised the issue on LinkedIn to an official post to there has been no support or response to resolve the issue:
Kindly help me resolve the issue at earliest as lot of my time is devoted to this issue.
