Once your subscription is canceled and the refund request is approved, Microsoft typically processes the refund immediately. In most cases, the funds will appear in your account within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. In some situations, it may take up to 5–7 business days for the refund to show on your statement.
If you are eligible for a refund, you can check the status of your refund on your Microsoft account Order history page.
