Hello First choice, thanks for posting this in our community. I understand how frustrating it can be when you're locked out of your Hotmail account, especially if you're still receiving emails on your mobile but can't access the account fully.

If you're receiving emails on your phone, try opening the Outlook app or Mail app where it's working. Go to Settings and check your account info to see if you can view the full email address, export or forward emails, or change password and security settings. Sometimes, this can allow you to update recovery options or initiate a password change from within the app.

If you previously set up a recovery code, go to the Microsoft sign-in page at account.microsoft.com/account and enter your email. Click Next, then select "Use a different verification option" and choose "I don't have any of these." When prompted with "Do you have an account recovery code?", enter your 25-character recovery code. If you didn’t save the recovery code when you set up two-step verification, unfortunately Microsoft cannot generate a new one or bypass the process.

    Kind regards

    John Oli
