Try the Account Recovery Form https://account.live.com/acsr. Provide as much detail as possible old passwords, recent email subjects, Xbox console ID, or billing info. Check any alternate email or phone for recovery links. If that fails, contact Microsoft Support and request Account Recovery escalation; they may verify identity using device serial numbers or proof of purchase.

If your email was changed and Microsoft doesn’t recognize it, the usual recovery form won’t work. Your best option is to contact Microsoft Support and request Account Recovery escalation. Explain that the email was changed without your consent. Provide any proof you have device serial numbers, purchase receipts, or linked services. Unfortunately, if the account can’t be verified, Microsoft may not restore it. https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/
