This issue may be related to sync settings, app cache or even background refresh limitations on iOS. To help resolve this I recommend starting with a few steps: ensure your Outlook app is updated via the App Store, restart your iPhone and check that “Background App Refresh” is enabled in your iPhone settings. You can also try removing and re-adding your email account in the Outlook app or reinstalling the app entirely to refresh its configuration. If the issue persists, using the in-app support feature under Settings select Help & Feedback select Contact Support can provide device-specific troubleshooting.
