Hi all,

Looking for help here because the microsfot help is an endless maze of pages that returns you to the same page over and over anyway.

I am switching phones and i am trying to log into my 2 emails on the new phone but both say the password is incorrect even though they are not. So i changed passwords for both accounts and the emails on my old phone get an email verifying saying that the passwords have been changed. but still it says the passwords are incorrect so i changed both passwords again since the password i just changed them to cannot be used because they are an old password...lol. and i still cannot sign in so i logged out one email on my phone to test if it was a sync issue and it still cannot be logged into.

have tried outlook website microsoft website phone apps etc nothing works everything says the correct password is incorrect.

This is some microsoft issue here as i have been using outlook/hotmail since 2005 i have changed the passwords tried every website followed the endless/useless microsoft help pages nothing works.

also had to make this account because only way i can get sign in help is to sign in makes sense?.
