PII removed

Hi,

This is PII removed and I owned the PII removed Domain. Please see the attached receipt from GoDaddy.

I want to get Microsoft professional email service on this domain, however, it shows it is already linked to a Microsoft account.

Could you please release the tenancy on this doman then I can create my professional email.

Please let me know if you have any questions or need more info from me.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

PII removed

    Hi @Isaac Najibi

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing details. We understand your concern about setting up Microsoft professional email on your domain.

As forum moderators, we do not have access to backend systems and therefore cannot release or modify any tenancy associated with your domain. This action requires verification and handling by Microsoft Support.

In this situation, you will need to create a support ticket in Get Support- Microsoft 365 admin center

    1. Please follow this article: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn.
    2. On right bottom corner click on "Help & support"

    Thanks for your response.

I’ve already tried using the “Get Support -Microsoft 365 Admin Center” link to issue a ticket. However, I don’t have a Microsoft 365 Business account to log in with. Only my personal Microsoft 365 account, which is what I’m using here.

This whole process has been incredibly frustrating. The phone support doesn’t work, and there’s no clear way to reach the right department. I’ve been going in circles for something that should be very simple to resolve.

Please escalate this. I need a real solution, not another link that leads nowhere.
