Hi my name is Nancy. I tried to make group me account but it didn’t work. Whenever I tried to input my phone number it always says that my phone number is not activated. And then I have already contacted mu provider and they said that I need to contact Group Me. Thank you.

    Thanks for reaching out! That error usually happens if GroupMe can’t verify your number for SMS.

    Make sure you’re using the right country code and no spaces.

    If that’s still not working, sign up with your email instead at groupme.com/signup and add your number later.
