How to renew my MCT certificate, did not receive any mail to renew it

This is my MCT no Microsoft Certification ID: 993993380, which expired in June of last year (24-25). Unfortunately, I did not receive any email regarding the renewal. I kindly request your assistance in renewing my MCT.
