URGENT: Cannot Renew Identity and Access Administrator Associate - Expires 20th of November

I need to renew my Identity and Access Administrator Associate certification before the 20th of November. When I get to the renew page it says 'Certification required' and I cant press the renew button. My understanding is that is a bug, I have signed out and back into my browser, used different browsers and launch browsers InPrivate mode. Please advise.
