I am not able to receive emails from certain people, but can from others.

I am using outlook and I am not receiving emails from certain people but can from others? I have checked my junk settings and they are not affecting it. I have looked everywhere for any reason this could be happening and I just can't figure it out. I have attached what one sender received as an error message. This is frustrating and negatively affecting my business.

    To better assist you, could you kindly share the exact error message the sender received when trying to email you, in the comments section? A screenshot or copy of the message would be very helpful (Please note that our forum is a public platform, so kindly ensure that you hide any personal or organizational information)

    Additionally, to help me better understand the issue, could you kindly let me know whether all the affected senders are from the same domain? And did they all receive the same error message?

    This is the error message one company received...

    As far as we know, everyone is getting the same error message but if they are using a 3rd party invoice app, there are not getting any message, its just not coming through.

    I think it is all different domains because a few different large companies such as * Removed PII * are not able to send emails to me.
