I have a prepaid Microsoft 365 Family Card. I am trying to activate but a few digits are not legible.

    Hello, where did you purchase this prepaid card? You would need to contact the vendor you got the card from. If they are legit Microsoft partner, they would get support via Microsoft partner support if the card they sold you was problematic.
