My emails are grouped and it is making me crazy. How do I ungroup my emails in Outlook?

If someone sends me an email today, then any emails that person sends me will accumulate under that persons original email. It makes me miss them periodically.

I simply want to ungroup my emails.

    To ungroup emails, please go to View and uncheck Show as Conversation
