I don't want to pay for AI

I don't want to pay for AI. I heard there was a large lawsuit won against Microsoft because they didn't offer the option to continue as I am, that I have to sign up for AI and pay a higher fee. How can I not pay the higher fee, now that my subscription is due?

    So you have an existing Microsoft 365 with recurring billing, right? If so, you can use the instruction here to switch (downgrade) to the Classic plan that doesn't include AI: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/switching-to-microsoft-365-personal-and-family-classic-plans-58342e83-38e7-4cda-b63b-88604a8fb7ef
