Emails saved in personalised folders in Outlook disappear when folders are opened.

Hi! Sorry, this is happening. Is the account an Outlook/Hotmail address, or a third-party domain? Also, is this folder stored locally in Classic Outlook, or is it on your mail server? If it's on the server side, have you tried logging in to the web version to see if emails disappeared there also?
