This article is guiding how to setup a failover cluster, Am not asking for setting up a failover cluster, All am asking is to setup a redirect page showing site under maintenance when there is a failure of the VM.

My VM is already in availability set with Loadsharing done too still if there is a crash how to show a maintenance page and not a 404 / 401 error page.

Hope am clear in my query.

    Akshay.
