maps license renewal not associated to account, site down

Our bing maps license renewal is not properly associated to the bing maps portal account. We have been sending emails to the licensing team for two days trying to get someone to respond. Can anyone provide a number or some way to penetrate the customer service deflection shields and get help with this asap?
