Authentication Backup does not automatically work properly. My phone has authentication backup enabled but when I uninstall and reinstall this authentication app the backup file of this app doesn't work and the backup authentication code and auto save password are gone

How is it that the authenticator can stop working, then when I log into my account throught the authenticator but then it tells me to enter the code from the authenticator that is not working. How am I supposed to signinto my school account without authenticator working. I gives me several options for recovering my personal account but for my student account if I can't use the authenticator I cant sign in at all. And the only thing it asks me is of there are setting that I should up but guess what I would need the authenticator to be able to setup alternatives. This app is a complete mockery of security. Tried to uninstall completely and start over. No still need the authenticator to sign into the authenticator.

I had previously added my LinkedIn authentication in my Microsoft authenticator, but my previous phone burned and I don't have access to it, and I sign in with my microsoft id on the new phone, but unfortunately my LinkedIn authentication is not there.

I'm about to lose my mind. I can not log into my account.

When I try and log in, I do not have the authenticator app set up. It prompts me to go to the authenticator app. When I click that I can't use it, it still diverts me over there. I can't log in, and I am getting billed monthly, and I can't even cancel my account. Please help me.

I lost my mobile in October 2021, also I lost the data on Microsoft Authenticator, I couldn't recover those data, especially the code to enter Facebook, so after 2 years I still can't enter Facebook, what should I do? Is there an option to recover those codes?

Good evening! Two months ago, I changed my phone, which left me with a Microsoft authenticator, after which I can't log in anywhere, I don't get dates, and it says that my university post is invalid, although I can freely use Microsoft Outlook. Please help me solve this problem because I simply cannot use any of my university programs because for some reason my email is invalid.

Total bullshit. I couldn't verify my partner email for chat to get support. Reminds me of when you troubleshoot the network connection and the idiots give you a link. Yeah, you can't connect and that link isn't going to help.

Mine doesn't have a scan feature so you can imagine how much fun I have had this last hour trying to get a person on the phone. Sarcastic of course, they divested in phone support. If I had two computers and two phones, I would not have one because both screens would be broken.
