I have a requirement:
A file is placed in MQ with different store name followed by GUID. example: MET_OA_3638, ADG_OA_873, ESC_OA_73463 etc. Biztalk needs to pick up these files and backup it in the folder with this same file name.
User is expecting for the same filename as they send from their side. How to customize this pipeline. Kindly help.

2021-10-06T19:35:28.317+00:00 Where is that piece of XML from? Is it from your binding files?
If so, you already have a pipeline component in a pipeline. What you need to do is to configure it, this can either be done in Visual Studio if you want to set default values for the Pipeline Component in the Pipeline, or you can set values per port via the BizTalk administration console.
However, you mention that is is a MQ, and they don't have filenames usually. So either the pipeline component needs to have some options to generate a filename, or you need a pipeline component before it that sets a filename in the context properties, possibly using contents from the payload to re-create the filename.
