OneNote on Ipad: "Insert" not working

The Insert button used to allow inserting pictures and other files from my Ipad. But presently, after hitting the Insert button, and next clicking the pen into a particular point within a OneNote document, the menu flips to the Draw menu, instead of allowing for inserting pictures, etc.

Any help would be appreciated.
